Shipping policy

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10 to 20 days for products to arrive, so a total of 11 to 25 days.

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

Please note that during periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, etc...), specially with the new rise in the Covid-19 restrictions, products might take more time to get to you (15 to 20 more days on average). We ask you to please be patient,  and rest assured that we do our utmost best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
